Subprocessors
Last updated: July 17, 2026
To operate the TrapCloud web and mobile services, we use a small number of trusted third-party companies (“subprocessors”) that process certain information on our behalf. We require our subprocessors to protect the information they handle and to use it only to provide services to us. This page lists our current subprocessors. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and subscription billing | Billing contact details and payment information you provide at checkout (card data is handled directly by Stripe; we do not store it) | United States |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) | Cloud hosting and infrastructure, and transactional email delivery via Amazon SES | All Service data at rest and in processing; email addresses and message content for transactional email | United States (us-east-2) |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Content delivery, DNS, TLS, and network security/DDoS protection | Network and request metadata, including IP addresses | United States / global edge network |
| Twilio Inc. | Outbound SMS/text-message notifications (only for users who opt in) | Phone number and message content | United States |
| Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) | Mobile push-notification delivery | Device push tokens and notification content | United States |
| Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) | Application error monitoring and performance diagnostics | Diagnostic and error data, which may include IP address and technical device data | United States |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics) | Website usage analytics | Usage data, cookie identifiers, and IP address (IP is truncated/anonymized where supported) | United States |
Some subprocessors are engaged only when a related feature is enabled — for example, text-message alerts (Twilio) require opt-in, and mobile push notifications (Expo) apply to users of the mobile application.
International transfers.
Our subprocessors are located in the United States and may operate global infrastructure. Where information is transferred internationally, it is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this list.
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to check this page periodically for the current list.
